How to Use

The following steps cover the basics of how to run the software to schedule a contest.  The links in each step give a more comprehensive description of that step.

The process for running the software is as follows:

Step 1 – Enter all the categories that presentations will be assign to

Step 2 – Enter all the Schools that will be registering entries

Step 3 – Enter all the contest data, which includes:

·        Dates and times

·        Cost & fees used for invoicing

·        Contest address

Step 4 – School registration

Step 5 – Run the scheduler

Step 6 – Print and send Entry and Judges Schedules as well as invoices to schools

Step 7 – Print documents needed for contest.

The opening form for the software is called a switchboard.  It has buttons that take you to each part of the application so that you can complete each step.  A copy of this form is shown in figure 1 below.
